- ** Daily workshops are open to both in-house and outside guests. All other classes and activities are exclusively for in-house guests.
- * Adance booking for all group fitness classes needed by 10 pm of the night before the session.
- * Advance booking for introductoty workshop sessions needed by noon on the day of the session.
Activity Schedule Class Description:
Boot Camp: This class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It does resemble a military boot camp.
Cardio: A class that raises your heart rate and keeps it elevated for a period of time. Strengthens your heart & lungs.
Chi Gong: This is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for the purpose of exercise, healing, and meditation. It is a gentle and low impact form of exercising making it accessible for seniors, and people recovering from injuries.
Circuit Training: This class is a mixture of cardiovascular, muscular toning/endurance and core strength exercises.
Weight loss: This class uses exercises to target the reduction of total body mass. It is particularly useful for those who are overweight or obese.

Our resident Naturopath Janelle will offer recipe suggestions and tips on how to start your day in the right way to ensure you're functioning at your peak.

Introductory Alternative Therapy Workshop- Cravings -What your body's really trying to tell you: Find out tne nutritional causes of common food cravings and healthy ways to beat them, simply by listening to your body and adjusting your diet.
Introductory Alternative Therapy Workshop- Ho'oponopono: Join Paulo for an introduction into the ancient Hawaiian art of healing used to develop deeper awareness and address qualities such as forgiveness, empowerment,trust and ultimately connect to the spirit self.
Introductory Alternative Therapy Workshop - Postural Analysis & Evaluation: Join our Chiropractor, Paul, for a FREE informative one-on-one Postural/Structural Analysis. During the session Paul will examine your body balance and identify deviations of the spine and extremities. He will provide you with feedback on these findings and discuss how an imbalanced structural body leads not only to below optimal skeletal function but also impacts the many other systems of the body and even disrupts energy flow through the 7 chakras.
