  • Socks are required for all Pilates Reformer classes, limited to 6 pax per class. Please contact our receptions at 815 or 800 to book your spot in class.
  • FOUNDATION class for Pilates Reformer is compulsory for any First-Timer as teachers will explain in details each part/functions of the Reformer and how it works.
  • Sport Shoes are recommended for Core Tone and Core Cardio Latin classes.
  • For Cooking Class, required minimum 2 pax to start (maximum 4 pax per class) and other time requested can be arranged. Price THB 1,500 for group session and THB 2,500 for private session (included recipes and certificate). 1 day in advance booking needed.
  • Please kindly refer to your package inclusion for Group Yoga & Group Pilates Reformer classes. Charge applies if sessions are not included in your package.
  • Free Workshops, Recreation Activity & Group Fitness Activities are complimentary for all in house guests.

PILATES REFORMER CLASSES

 

FOUNDATION CLASS (MANDATORY FOR FIRST-TIMER) - Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principles of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reform classes. Minimum 1 session required.

 

ABS & ARMS PROGRAMS - Focuses on toning up your core “powerhouse” and giving your arms definition. Caters to all levels.

 

BUTT & THIGHS PROGRAMS - Targeted to give your lower body a power workout. Caters to all levels.

 

FIT & TONE - A total body workout to shape and tone your body, making it long & lean. Different exercises are conducted in each class to make it fun & exciting. A great workout for all levels.

 


 

YOGA CLASSES

 

ABSOLUTE FIT - Absolute Fit is a new style of yoga designed by the Absolute Yoga team that is fun yet challenging, focusing on the amazing fitness aspect of yoga to help tone up the body. We have taken the traditional yoga asanas and organized them according to modern principles of anatomy. It is a yoga series that raises your heart rate giving you a cardio workout similar to circuit training at the gym but still focuses on the basic fundamentals of yoga such as core strengtheners, back strengtheners, hip openers, balance and upper arm strength. All levels.

 

ALL STYLES YOGA - A wide range of yoga styles with a different emphasis on specific sequences such as "standing series" "balancing series" or "arm baIancing"along with other new upcoming yoga sty|e. CIass rotates every week ensuring variety. Intermediate.

 

ASHTANGA VINYASA - Vinyasa linked postures practiced in a precise order. The first sequence in a series set forth by Indian Guru, Sri K Pattabhi Jois named after the ancient 8-limb system known as Ashtanga. Suitable for physically active and motivated students. Intermediate.

 

DETOX YOGA A style of class focused on deepening the effects of detox. Using a specific sequence of postures to increase blood flow and stimulate the digestive organs. All levels.

 

GENTLE FLOW (VINYASA) - A practice with foundations in Ashtanga yoga. This class is also dynamic and challenging, linking movements with breath. Intermediate.

 

HATHA YOGA - A yoga class that encompasses both postures and breathing techniques to build strength and flexibility and also calm and relax the mind. Beginner.

 

HOT YOGA - A fixed series of poses, conducted in a room heated to 38 degree Celcius, helping you to sweat and flush out toxins from your body. All levels.

 

HOT FLOW - Combines the detoxifying heat of Hot Yoga with the flowing movements and sequential poses of Flow Yoga to create a fun and challenging class with a variety of new poses. Intermediate.

 

INTRO TO YOGA WORKSHOP - A class for the fresh beginner to yoga where basic postures & breathing techniques are introduced. Beginner.

 

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION - These sessions are a journey into the mind where you’|| use breath, visualization, and occasionally mantra to move toward a practice of stillness. This is a beginners’ class, so even students who feel like they "can’t sit still" will really enjoy the step-by-step process and the peaceful benefits they experience. All levels.

 

RESTORATIVE YOGA - A gentle & calming class focusing on relaxing the body in restful postures to relieve fatigue, stress & promote an overall sense of well- being. The class will be conducted using props such as blocks, straps & bolsters to support the body and ease it of any tension. All levels.

 

YIN YOGA - A calming practice that targets the connective tissues of the joints working the pelvis, hips and lower spine by holding postures for an average of 3-5 minutes. Beginner.

 

YOGA CORE - A yoga class designed to tone up the core incorporating abdominal exercises to strengthen the core muscles of the body. All levels.

 


 

FITNESS CLASSES

 

AQUA POWER TRAINING - Let’s get toned and refresh in the pool! The combination of aqua boot camp exercise and aqua kick boxing. You’ll burn a lot off calories! Suitable for elderly or person with injury, it has no impact on the joints.

 

CORE CARDIO - A high intensity interval training ( HIIT) program that raises your metabolic rate & burns fat quickly.

 

CORE TONE -A workout to tone & strengthen different parts of the body through repetition of exercises.

 


 

WORKSHOPS

 

EGO AND ENNEAGRAM - The Enneagram is a system used by Psychologists and counselors to help clients understand motivational drives and behavioral patterns, based on nine different personalities or “ego fixations”. Unlike other psychological or esoteric systems (like Myers Briggs or astrology), Enneagram allows individuals to track their own personal development, understand the nature of their relationships, and create strategies for overcoming dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors.

 

EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE) - Breathes fresh air into the emotional therapy process by borrowing from the Chinese meridian system. EFT appears to balance disturbances in the meridian system and therefore often reduces the conventional therapy procedures from months or years down to minutes or hours. Further, the basic technique is truly portable and learnable by virtually everyone.

 

HOLISTIC SHIATSU TREATMENT - Holistic shiatsu treatment is a unique blended technique of finger pressure in Japan with Deep tissue massage, which would heal your body from muscle pain and stress. Pascal will give you a taste of Holistic Shiatsu treatment and offer free technique of self relief from headache and neck pain.

 

PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENCE - Have you ever felt vulnerable or threatened by hostile individuals and not known how to respond? Do you want to feel more self-confident, with the ability to read and avoid potentially dangerous situations while having the tools to effectively respond? PSDW is a workshop (taught by Dr. Will who has over 17 years of mixed martial arts training), devoted to empowering individuals by teaching them the psychological warnings of predators, while arming them with simple but effective self- defense maneuvers. It IS NOT a martial art that requires years of training, but rather an amalgamation of PROVEN effective COMBAT techniques to avoid, escape and potentially injure predatory individuals. No prior martial art training is required, and beginners to advanced are welcome.

 

QRMA (Quantum Resonance Analysis) - A Hi-tech diagnostic equipment showing areas of sub-optimal health. The computerize device test 33 different body systems against a contour group, and the test show how you measure up to good health. It’s similar to having 33 different blood tests all in one go.

 

THE BODY ECOLOGY - What are you? A bag full of organs that may develop various pathologies? Are your five elements driven by Chi? Different forms of healing practices use various terminology to describe the body and it's functions. But what people rarely consider (if at all), is that what we all are first and foremost, is a consciousness inhabiting an ecology, and that ecology abides by the same principals as those found in nature. If you truly want to understand what constitutes health, than you must understand "The Body Ecology".
