Flaxseeds (a.k.a. linseeds)
Flaxseeds are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids (the good fats) that keep your heart healthy, reduce inflammation, and help to balance your hormones. Both the ground seeds and the cold-pressed oil (we serve both) are amazing superfoods that you should try to include as part of your diet whenever possible. Apple Cider Vinegar
